Jad’s Caddy Shack, family owned and operated by John and Diane Lake with their son Steve Goding, is celebrating its 20th year in the Middle river area. The original Jad’s was created in their home state of Vermont, moving to Baltimore, MD in 1989. Located on Eastern Avenue Jad’s has had tremendous success because of its great attention to detail serving the finest in home cooked meals. They quickly outgrew there first location and moved to a larger venue to continue their success on 215 Back River Neck Rd which better suited their needs for their business. At that point, Diane’s brother took over the operation and changed the name to Sheas Pancake House keeping the same great attention to detail for all of your breakfast needs. Moving Jad’s down the street to 137 Back River neck Road where they have been for the last 14 years, John, Diane and Steve are hands on operators overseeing every detail of their business. All meals are still home cooked using the same recipes that made them successful. Their Menu covers everything from CAB steaks and burgers, great home made soups including their award winning cream of Crab Soup, to some of the best seafood and crab cakes in town.
